Car has not moved for months, has at least one flat tyre and isn't taxed. There appear to be rats/mice living inside and back seat is covered in black bin bags.

    This has been logged for our Environmental Enforcement Team to attend and start their investigation. If the car fits the Abandoned Vehicle criteria and on PCC land/Highway a sticker will be placed on the windscreen giving the owner either 2, 7 or 14-days' notice to remove the car.
