PCC 06 still on during daylight hours

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7209265.

This was reported in September 2024 so has had ample time to be fixed. We don't pay our rates for it to be wasted on keeping a streetlight on 24 hours a day.
