Lighting not working

Two street lights do not work properly. They turn on for an hour or two after dark and then turn off for the rest of the night. There are nights when they work properly but there are also nights when they do not work at all. Because they are two lights next to each other the street is dark and dangerous. Also the light on the car park on side of Henson Dr does not work at all.
