Path was built too high

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7172029.

The path that was done years ago has always been too high and is scratching our cars underneath. It’s caused damage to the underside of my car and new neighbours are struggling to park on their driveway. It’s a massive drop down from the main road, is there a way we can shave a few inches off it to avoid these issues?
