The manhole cover/surround failing

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7148243.

The manhole surround, that has just been repaired at the end of Hargate Way near Nature's Way, is now failing (worse than before) and one corner has dropped significantly. w3w - ///surveyors.legal.equivocal
