Tall tree needs cutting

This tree is very fast growing , and talking so much sun during the summer because of a lots of leaves. Tree is only 8 meters away from property and spreading a lots of roots in my garden damaging my summer house and fence . Tree is behind 45 Pittneys, is taller then the house . In close future will be problem to have insurance because that tree is so tall and very dangerous with strong winds .
