Overflow dog bins

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7098448.

Overflow dog bins all around the estate, happens quite often, as the bins are full people decide to let their dog foul on the pavement, my wife and children have to try and get around it without going into it on the school run, please could this be sorted and keep up to date on emptying the bins.
