Parking outside school

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7092412.

Need parking enforcement attendants with £100 + fines, parking on double yellow and zig zags, grass outside school, blocking view to cross road, very dangerous, need a pedestrian crossing asp only been 30 + years still waiting, why is it most schools have a crossing and Nova does not.
