Food bin emptied on the pavement

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7087099.

Refuse collector emptied the food bin on the pavement. It left a trail from No16 to No11 along the path to No17 across the road to No18 and on to the end of the culdesac. It left a large deposit at No11 and at the end of the road.I reported this at approximately 10.15 on Tuesday morning.I received a phone call back informing me a manager would meet the crew on their return. The mess is still there 10.00 tonight. It is a mess, it is a health hazard and it is fly tipping if carried out by a member of the public that person could expect a fine. I await a reply and hopefully someone will clean up the mess
