Drain holes blocked

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7077439.

Drain holes on both sides of road are blocked with mud so cannot drain . Mud needs shovelling off and drainage holes cleared out. The road floods badly in heavy rain anyway so will be worse now as water cannot get away at all. Also drain cover to right of small wooden gate on the same part of road gate broken or moved so now has partially open top.
