Constant smell of faeces

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7028372.

There is a constant smell of effluent from the FW drain outside our house ever since we moved in three years ago. We have continually requested persimmon to fix it but they repeatedly say there is no problem. Residents are unable at times to have their windows open for the smell of faeces drifts into homes.
