On path in front of 36-42 North Street. Busy thoroughfare for access to Appleyard and school in Chapel St. One clinically vulnerable resident uses electric wheelchair and there’s a risk of excrement getting onto wheels and into the home (has happened before). It’s been trod in and walked onto property by delivery person(s). There is no dog bin, nor are there warning notices.
