82 PITTNEYS continues to leave their rubbish blowing around the street. Photo of cardboard taken at 9am 16/01. Bin men refused to take the cardboard due to its size which is within their rights and the rules. Home owner refuses to sift up their rubbish and leaves it to cause harm to wildlife and blow around the street causing potential harm to other residents.
