Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6987082.

Nearly a year ago we made a report about this same issue which was given council reference 5484407. Today we are still seeing the same adverting trailer for the same company, at the same location. What is going on? Why is no enforcement action being taken?
