Same car moved but still in street, no tax.

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6977769.

Same car same problem, moved and still not in use, left to die, not in use. No tax and taking up valid parking!

    The environmental enforcement officer has closed the case, to advise that the car is not abandoned, and it has been reported to the DVLA for further investigations. Unfortunately you would need to chase the DVLA
