Lots of Rubbish, discarded burnt waste.

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6972474.

Underpass at Tesco's there is a abundant amount of rubbish dumped on the floor and it appears someone has attemtped to burn it. Broken glass, cans, etc scattered throughout the underpass.
