We spoke previously about this case no. 6910334 but I must have written your email wrongly. womteam@peterboroughltd.co.uk ? Your contractors said on farmr land, I think on council land. Pleae see Photos. If you still believe it to be Farmers land, can I pay for a "Bulk Collection" We fly model aircraft from the nearby field (with Planning Permission) and its unsightly being there. Phone me on 0771 320 60 80 and I will give a card number. Or another method if prefered. Thank you Terry

  • You can report cases of fly-tipping on private land to us, although it is the landowner’s responsibility to clear the waste.<br>
    Our Environmental Enforcement Team can only investigate if there is enough evidence available, e.g. witness statement, CCTV footage, evidence in the waste, etc.
    When you report, please state if you’re able to provide any evidence to support our investigation.<br>
    If there is enough evidence, once the case is referred to the Environmental Enforcement Team for investigation, we will mark the report as closed on the system.<br>
    If there is no evidence of the fly-tipping being committed, or who the waste originally belonged to, we are unable to investigate and proceed with your report.

    I have had a look and unfortunately this is private land and will be up to the land owner to remove, if you are the landowner you can contact us on 01733 747474 to pay and arrange for a bulky waste collection. If you are not the owner you can email us so that we can then get this logged with the enforcement team for further investigation.
