A green discarded recycling bin and rubbish

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6963314.

A green recycling bin with a label saying Not Collected has been pushed into the undergrowth and is hardly visible from the road but I can see it from our address in Wicken Way. My husband went across to investigate and it is on its side with rubbish strewn around. No street number on it. I first spotted it about 4 days ago and did not know what it was.
