Bin Men blatantly leaving litter

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6962017.

This happens on numerous occasions. Emptying bins and fail to pick up anything that falls out of the truck. This is pure laziness and contributed to unecessary litter in street. Can this be fedback to the collection company to reinforce to their teams
