Ever growing pile of rubish, mainly black bags

Sent to Peterborough City Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 6952888.

The bin area of the block of flats hasn't been collected in months and is now overflowing into the streets and car park and has now become hazardous. The rubbish has evern started to fly into the surrounding bushes and trees.
