Tree felled and lots of debris left in the way

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6944825.

This tree has been felled by PCC but the branches etc have been left and are blocking access to pavement seat and footpath. Not sure if plans are in place to clear it or not.

The reason that the wood has been left is because it is not Peterborough City council land, we were requested to carry out the works by Highways due to the tree leaning heavily into the highway and being a obstruction that vehicles were having to avoid.

We cannot remove the wood and arisings due to it not belonging to Peterborough City council, we have to leave it for the landowner to remove.
