Ponding at the gulley edge

Reported via mobile in the Flooded road category anonymously at 19:26, Monday 6 January 2025

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6941422.

When there is rainfall, ponding occurs at the edge of the gulley adjacent to the drop kerb stone. This ponding then flows over the footpath and down onto the drive way of number 49 Glinton Road. When heavy rainfall, the water has been seen to reach the step at the front door. The ponding poses a risk of injury to cyclists in inclement weather and trips, slips or falls to pedestrians and vulnerable road users in icy conditions.
