More flytipping under the archway and to the left

I have reported this matter this morning. More has been added this afternoon. It is now dangerous as the double matters is now at a 45 degree angle if it falls on some (which is quite possible) it will bring the rest of it down on them. Plus the archway is now unpassible now.
