A Blocked drainage gully When the rain is bad the cul de sac floods (properties 11/12 & 13 and severely affected, especially number 12 - as the standing water is over 3-4 inches in height) This is a longstanding issue that keeps happening over the last few years. There is a spring at the back of the properties (Fletton Spring) He has called Anglia water who said it was nothing to do with them as its a storm drain. he said it goes away very slowly somewhere but floods each time it rains. he needs us to look at this again as been like this for 2/3 years. an we put cameras down there to check.
