Path getting obstructed by bushes and weeds

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6932692.

Reported this few weeks ago getting worse. Weeds growing on floor over path almost half path covered now. Wheels from pushchairs etc get caught. The branches of bushes are also poking out in walkway.
