Damage to driveway from highways vehicles

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6927572.

There are works going on in fletton cemetery and today one of your vehicles reversed back onto our drive outside 17-27 st johns road squashing a traffic cone that has been placed to protect damaged brickwork on the drive. This is an ongoing issue which has causing subsidence to our driveway. Aragon and highway vehicles use our drive to turn in the road, plus visitors to allotment. This is unacceptable and cannot continue. Please let me know who is responsible so i can pass onto management company.
