Dead deer carcase

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6883766.

A deer got trapped in 7 Trent road fence and unable to free itself overnight died. The occupant removed the carcase but threw it over the adjacent fence across the road form his house. This will become a danger to health and attract vermin and foxes, this was witnessed by school children going to wittering school.
