Redundant equipment left by CTM Traffic management

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6878664.

A number of temporary road work signs left flytipped at this location long after completion of works by utility company a few months ago. Equipment belongs to CTM traffic management. Disgraceful.
