Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6831250.
This wooden bollard that was put up a year ago to prevent unauthorised vehicles to access the grass/pedestrian areas beyond has been knocked over, this idealy would need to be replaced with concrete bollard If possible or like for like
