Bushes blocking pathway.

Bushes are still blocking pathway out 94 plovely. Not sure why this small patch of bushes were left after reason cut. But its still blocking a patch. As i walk with a stick and frame ii cannot pass. Cars that park with the rear over the path doesn't help. Which has been happening alot lately.
