Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6804251.
Damaged/missing bollards, Trip hazard. This was a previously reported issue that was repaired and replaced. However, the new bollard has been intentionally cut down. This has created a gap for cars to mount the pavement and bypass the road and presents a trip/fall hazard to cyclists and pedestrians.
