Drain cover on roundabout

Reported via mobile in the Other public road issue category by Emma Stebbing at 18:50, Friday 29 November 2024

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6801789.

At that roundabout on the side of Taverners road there is a drain cover that is raised, today while driving around the roundabout my back wheel caught the drain cover causing my tyre to blow out quite badly. Whilst i managed to stop safely and wait 3 hours to be recovered, while getting this fixed at Kwik fix I was told I was told I was the 3rd person THIS WEEK to have a tyre blow out because of that drain cover. Before long with the round about as busy as it is this will cause an accident if it hasn't already!
