Traffic flow in case of traffic accident

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6801569.

This is one of the very important factors I have raised to our PCC, and that former MANERP group that Maskew Ave business park needs a secondary exit in case such traffic incidents that takes place at the only entry/exit to this area would allow traffic to flow out of this over built business park... (Exit only traffic flow out of Maskew Ave zone would be best created at the large pedestrian crossing from in front of B&Q over to Lincoln Road...) So when the roundabout at the entrance of Maskew Ave is blocked due to an accident, this emergency exit would help those who would become trapped in Maskew Ave as the roundabout is blocked/traffic halted ... Let's see if my voice would be heard after this traffic accident today..
