Still not been removed just dumped

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6800213.

Ref 6780261 fallen dangerous branch. On Monday I sent you a message about the hanging branch. So it’s either broken off or been pulled off more like the latter from a council worker as I saw and just been left ion the ground outside my house ,why can’t it be removed propaly instead of doing half a job and really not be interested in keeping the area safe tidy , out of site out of mind and sloppy workmanship ,please have it removed before I put on the road away from my house Regards Chris
