Subject: Obstruction of Public Alleyway

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with a public alleyway in our neighborhood. The alley, frequently used by pedestrians, cyclists, parents with pushchairs, and individuals with mobility aids, has been repeatedly blocked by parked neighbours cars. This obstruction is causing significant stress, delays, and inconvenience, especially for parents taking their children to school and others commuting to work. As this is not the first time this has occurred, we kindly request your intervention to ensure the alleyway remains accessible to the public as intended.
