Falling branches above driveway

Branches fall from the tree every day, I can't park my car in the driveway because it would be damaged. please trim the tree so that there are no branches above the driveway and cut off all dry branches. I have to leave my car on the street opposite because I can't park in front of the house. Everyday there are branches on driveway especially now while is windy

  • Works recommended

    Thanks for your enquiry regarding a Council owned tree.

    A qualified tree surveyor has assessed your request and following a site visit has recommended works. On completion of the works you may feel the task undertaken may not fully address the issue raised. Aragon Direct Services employ qualified tree surveyors to undertake the inspections and all works recommended are in accordance within the guidance contained within the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028.

    Continued management of all our trees forms an integral part of this strategy. All Council owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one-to-five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. Where inspection identifies maintenance work it is scheduled in accordingly with safety issues forming the highest priority.
