Dog excrement thrown behind cabinets

At the top of Fairfield Road at the junction with Fletton Avenue is a green tv/ broadband cabinet. The space behind the cabinet is littered with black dog excrement bags which is becoming a health hazard. Please can these be removed as soon as possible?
