Sofa left and used by homeless

Nr 38 has left again a new sofa now out and thia time are being used by homeless people to sleep. This is the 2nd time they do this. In September was the same and now this issue is still ongoing. Whenever 38 are clearing the property they just dump them in front. Someone now is sleeping on it but the problem is that cigarettes are being used and the risk of fire is immense in this situation. This is the 4th day and Someone needs to sort it out!
