Top of Orme road un used bin

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6671791.

At the top of Orme road is a brown bin that has been there for about 3 years and is full of no garden waste rubbish. It has the house no 1 on the front but as that property is a rental no one has taken responsibility for it, and as it has not the correct items in it has never been collected either. This will sit here for years more unless it is removed by the council.
