Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6668248.

Must be over 20 full bags of dog muck all in a pile behind post perhaps people to lazy to take home or find the nearest bin. Could a dog bin be put down this path think we used to have rubbish bin on the lampost. Not very good the path is used a lot with the nearby school
