Roadway/pavement breaking up

This area of roadway and pavement is used as a common turning point which is now breaking up, causing excessive sharp gravel to be spread around the area. I have had to have 2 car tyre punctures fixed and replace another tyre due to this. A neighbour also has a slow puncture who regularly turns round here. Please could this be resurfaced along with upcoming roadworks
