Black Bags Dumped on Verge and in Road

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6642972.

Numerous black bags dumped at regular distances along the side of Langley Bush Road and IN THE ROAD, for a distance of about 1 mile between Langdyke Bush and Top Lodge Farm. The bags appear to contain remnants of a cannabis growing medium and plants.
