Street light hidden overgrown

This street light has been overgrown for a few years again now, I have previously reported that the area is left to just become overgrown including growing out into the main roads into the housing areas. Once in 11pms this has been cut back and I was told it would be kept on top of going forward this has not happened. I complained in august and can see it was closed without even updating me. Due to nature of this overgrowth we now can not even get our black bins emptied due to the collection lorry being able to enter the road. Just appalling
