Rainwater drain blocked

Hello team. Following a visit by Dalrod today to investigate the drains issue previously reported they have identified the blockage which is on Council adopted land which has then caused a back up into areas previously highlighted to you. They have advised that they were unable to remove it with the kit that they had with them and that a Jet Vac Tanker is needed to move the blockage. Can you please do this as soon as possible to minimise future issues for us as neighbours. I am on 07768 302563 if you require any further information. Kind regards. Julia

  • Our contractors have returned to site with the high pressure jet vac jetting unit and working with the cctv live images we have removed several large pieces of concrete along with lots of gravel/stones, the pipe has been left clear and free flowing.
