Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6576036.

This obstruction was first reported on 08/09/2024 council ref No 6449431 .Although update states passed to relevant department 32 days later and still NO action still a hazard as remaining usable footpath only 40cm wide (of 100cm + footpath] this path as previously stated is on the school run area and a mother with a pushchair and a child walking beside has no option but for someone to walk in the road THEREFORE it is limb / life HAZARD.
