Traffic signals report

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6540290.

The permanent traffic lights at this crossing are very intermittent. Sometimes they work and sometimes they are blacked out. Not very good considering it’s right outside a school. Please arrange for contractors to investigate.
