Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6539422.

With reference to white BMW that's been abandoned for a week now....the drivers window is wide open, the vehicle is not locked,there's diesel spilage on pathway and road...this vehicle has not moved ,,neither is it being used, because looks like it is unusable..the investigation officer needs to reassess this problem,,because obviously this car is scrap, and has engine failure,,regards one angry resident
