Refusing to clear

Reported via Android in the General fly tipping category anonymously at 14:14, Tuesday

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6538458.

Why are you refusing to clear this flytipping? Reoort 6397274. This is literally a metre from the road. It is not private land. There is now more flytipping been added to this location and the area needs cleaning up. Thanks

    Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. Aragon Direct Services are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the landowner.

    In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further.
