Repeated dog fouling by individual

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6537870.

Local dog owner repeatedly leaves bagged excrement by the side of this bridge. Can a ‘clean it up’ sign go here? Can the hoard of excrement be cleared up once again please. General rubbish is now being placed here along the with the dog mess too.
