Double yellow lines

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6531610.

A few years ago when the start of Lawson Avenue was resurfaced, double yellow lines were shall we say erranously extended without a traffic regulation order. They were subsequently covered up rather than being removed. The covering has now got very worn as I was shouted at recently for parking my car on 'double yellow lines' outside my house. Please can you therefore make prompt steps to to remendy this situation by either recovering or removing the inappropriate yellow lines as they are not legal. Thank. I tr
